Our unique BuggyBlast workouts willOur qualified trainers will be there to give you advice, support and motivation as well as tips to help get you back in shape. We cater for all fitness levels and abilities. All we require is that you have had your 6-8 week check-up with your GP or 10 week check up if you've had a C-section delivery.
